This page applies to the ProWer Tycoon website (pwtycoon.com.tr) and Android app developed by ProWer Studio. The website and the app use the same account.
How to delete your account
- Sign in on the Account page on the website or in the app.
- Open the Delete my account section at the bottom of the page and press Request account deletion.
- If your account has an email address, enter the 6-digit confirmation code sent to it. Accounts without an email address confirm by typing DELETE.
- Once the request is received, the deletion date is shown on screen and, if your account has an email address, a confirmation email is sent.
If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request through the contact form with the "General question" topic or open a ticket on Discord; we process it after verifying that the account belongs to you.
When is it deleted?
Your account is permanently deleted 30 days after you confirm the request. During this period you can withdraw it with the Cancel deletion request button on the Account page. If your account has an email address, we let you know when the deletion is complete.
Which data is deleted?
- Your username, email address and password hash,
- The ID, name and avatar of your linked Discord account and the ID of your linked Google account,
- Pending verification codes and settings of your account.
After deletion you can sign up again with the same email, username, Discord or Google account; the new account is not associated with the old one.
Which data may be kept?
- Security records: records of sign-ins and account actions (action type, time, account ID, masked IP address and country) are kept for up to 1 year to prevent abuse and meet legal obligations, and are then deleted.
- In-game data: your characters, inventory and progress on the FiveM server are separate from your website account and are not deleted by this process. If you want them deleted too, open a ticket on Discord.
- Notification subscription: it is not linked to your account and is deleted when you turn notifications off or uninstall the app.
Deleting only some of your data
Without deleting your account you can change your email address, update your password or turn off notifications. If you want specific data deleted, write to us through the contact form. See our privacy policy for details.
